Returns: Thank you for shopping with Ambridge House, Ltd. We strive to provide our customers with quality products. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simple return the product(s) within 14 days of purchase and we will promptly replace the item or refund you for the full amount paid. INSURANCE: We will be happy to embroider customer owned goods. However, we require customers to purchase insurance depending on the declared value of your item(s). This insurance will be billed at 10% of the declared value of the items. In the unlikely event we damage your item(s), we will reimburse you for 100% of the declared value.
SHIPPING: All of our orders will be shipped UPS unless shipping to a PO Box is required or unless you would like to request an alternative method such as USPS. The shipping costs will be figured by the approximate weight and/or volume of the products being shipped.
RUSH ORDERS: We will be happy to help you with your customer owned goods. We require 5 business days to complete them. Should you need your items before that, there will be a $15.00 rush fee added to your order. We will do everything possible to get your items as soon as possible and most of the time we will be able to monogram you item(s) well inside the 5 business day minimum when not around a holiday. Around the holidays and busy times of the year, such as graduation etc. the rush fee will be strictly enforced so please try to plan accordingly to avoid this rush fee.
